Cardiotraining, wie Laufen, Radfahren oder Schwimmen, wird oft als der Schl\u00fcssel zum Fettabbau angepriesen. Doch reines Cardiotraining ist nicht die effektivste Methode, um langfristig K\u00f6rperfett zu reduzieren. Obwohl es zahlreiche gesundheitliche Vorteile bietet, st\u00f6\u00dft diese Trainingsform bei der gezielten Fettverbrennung an ihre Grenzen.
